An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail provided at check out once your purchase has been completed. If local pick-up option has been selected, the next steps will be provided in your confirmation e-mail.
Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Changes are not guaranteed as we like to ship orders as fast as we can!
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We love to ship orders within 1 business day if time allows, however we are a small business so please allow for up to 3 business days to ship your order. Check the shipping estimate at check out for a an approximate arrival time. For custom orders, please allow for 1-1.5 weeks before shipping.
Please refer back to our candle care page and double check you have followed all the steps. Make sure to trim your wick before each light by pinching the black burned bits off and discarding. If you are still having issues, please reach out. We are always happy to help!
